He was guided into heaven by his daughter Rosemarie Lucille Foster and is survived by his wife of 52 years, Rosemarie Bernadette Foster; seven daughters, Kathleen Black; Holly Haltiwanger; Roberta Rytting; Tina Sendlenski; Linda Huddelston, Tracy Sandoval and Ashley Foster; three sons, Harry Foster Jr.; Daniel Mestre; Michael Foster; sons-in-laws Robert Haltiwanger; Joshua Black; 27 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; three brothers, Sonny Foster; Howard "Hop" Foster; Robert Foster; and one sister, Sharon Potent.
